As a Social Media Specialist at SiteGround, you will play a vital role in our Brand Marketing Team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute cross-channel social media communication strategies that engage and grow our social following. This position requires both creativity and analytical skills, as you will be responsible for producing original content and analyzing the performance of our social media efforts. You will organize the production and timely posting of content while adhering to our social media calendar. Crafting engaging copy is essential, as you’ll present trending topics and company news in an attractive manner across various platforms. Your role will also include writing scripts for short-form video content, keeping up with trends, and researching influencers to enhance SiteGround’s brand voice. Collaboration with Product, Marketing, Content, and Design teams is key to generating ‘hype’ for product launches and campaigns. You will need to stay informed on social media trends and actively engage with our followers to maintain a positive brand presence. Performance analysis will be a regular part of your responsibilities, providing insights to our team to continuously improve our engagement strategies. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in social media, preferably within a technology company or agency, and possess excellent communication skills in English. Adaptability and creativity will be crucial as you navigate the fast-paced digital landscape.
