As a WordPress Marketing Manager at SiteGround, you will be responsible for owning the entire marketing funnel for the WordPress customer segment. Your role includes developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for different WordPress user groups, designing acquisition campaigns through paid and organic channels, and creating lifecycle marketing programs to drive activation, upsell, and retention. You will build data-driven segmentation models based on WordPress usage to optimize targeting. Campaign development and execution involve launching multi-channel campaigns across email, in-app, paid media, and social platforms, designing personalized customer journeys from first touch through renewal, and creating win-back programs for churned customers. You will conduct A/B tests to maximize conversion and retention rates. Your performance and growth tasks include defining and tracking key metrics like CAC, LTV, churn rate, and expansion revenue, analyzing customer behavior to pinpoint growth opportunities, monitoring competitors, building predictive models for churn risk and upsell potential, and reporting insights to executive leadership. We expect candidates to have 3-5 years of experience in growth or lifecycle marketing, preferably in SaaS or subscription businesses, with a proven track record in full-funnel marketing programs. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo, strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of the WordPress ecosystem are essential.
