As a Partners & Affiliates Program Manager at SiteGround, you will be responsible for leading a team of Affiliate and Partnership Managers to achieve team goals and drive the success of SiteGrounds partnership and affiliate programs. Key responsibilities include developing and executing insight-driven strategies for growth, identifying new affiliate opportunities, evaluating program performance, optimizing campaigns and incentives, managing the program budget for cost efficiency, and staying current with industry trends and competitor activities. You will maintain direct communication with key partners and affiliates, provide negotiation guidance, collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams, and represent SiteGround at industry events to recruit new partners and promote the program. Regular performance reporting and program status updates are part of the role. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in strategic partnerships or affiliate marketing, excellent sales and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and people management experience. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills in Spanish, Italian, or German are a plus. Experience in IT/software or hosting industries and digital marketing background are advantageous.
