Ultahost is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead and scale their global marketing operations. This senior-level remote role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a proven track record in affiliate marketing, SEO, email marketing, and performance analytics. The Marketing Director will oversee a cross-functional marketing team of 13+ marketers and managers, driving multi-channel strategies and delivering measurable growth in user acquisition and brand positioning. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team across SEO, paid media, content, email, and affiliate marketing; designing and executing multi-channel growth strategies involving Google Ads, email, affiliates, content, and SEO; optimizing performance metrics using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and ad platforms; managing affiliate relationships, influencer outreach, and B2B partnerships; overseeing the planning and execution of impactful email campaigns and lead nurturing flows; owning key marketing KPIs and managing budgets; collaborating with sales, product, and tech teams to unify go-to-market efforts; and identifying market trends and optimization opportunities through data. Requirements include 10+ years of digital marketing experience with leadership in tech or SaaS environments; strong expertise in affiliate marketing, SEO, email marketing, and Google Ads; proficiency with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and major email marketing platforms; solid understanding of performance tracking and customer journeys; proven success in team and budget management; excellent strategic, analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills.
