Ultahost is a global web hosting company operating in 27+ data center locations worldwide. We’re growing fast and looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Accountant to join our finance operations team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexities of financial workflows in the tech or hosting industry, and who can take full ownership of invoice management, recurring payment tracking, and financial systems integration. Key Responsibilities: Manage and log all company invoices into our internal platform; Compare incoming invoices with previous cycles and identify any discrepancies or pricing changes; Track all contract-based services and flag items that are nearing end of term or due for renewal; Prepare and organize weekly outgoing payments for the management team; Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero; Collaborate with operations and procurement to ensure vendor billing aligns with service agreements; Support internal documentation for monthly and quarterly financial reviews. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or web hosting company; Proven experience using QuickBooks and Xero; Familiarity with multi-currency invoice tracking and global vendor coordination; Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify financial inconsistencies; Comfortable working in a remote environment with cross-functional teams; Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Nice to Have: Background working with infrastructure providers, data center contracts, or leased hardware billing; Experience handling subscription-based or recurring billing models.
