As the HR Manager – Philippines, you will oversee all HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience. This is an office-based role, where you will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with the global HR team to maintain alignment while addressing region-specific needs. Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies in compliance with Philippine labor laws, leading recruitment processes, managing onboarding, handling employee relations, overseeing compensation and payroll, supporting performance management, implementing retention strategies, and ensuring HR systems accuracy. Workplace Health & Safety responsibilities involve complying with company policies and maintaining a safe work environment. What We’re Looking For: Essential Skills include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years in HR leadership, strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
