As a Technical Support Specialist based in Vilnius, you will provide expert support via live chat and tickets, troubleshoot technical challenges, and simplify complex technical issues for customers of varying expertise. You will contribute to team projects enhancing customer experience and work on improving AI-powered support systems like the Kodee AI Assistant. This role involves rotation-based shifts including mornings, days, nights, and some weekends. You will receive onboarding training covering Hostinger culture, products, and customer support operations. Fluency in Lithuanian and English (C1 or native) is required, along with experience in tech or SaaS customer support, especially in live chat environments, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of web hosting basics such as domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting is essential. Advanced skills in web hosting technologies, server management, content management platforms like WordPress, and customer support platforms are a plus. The hourly salary starts at 8.50 EUR gross with potential monthly bonuses based on performance and upselling metrics.
