As a Financial Reporting Manager at GoDaddy in Pune, you will design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate and enhance Finance team capabilities, lead automation initiatives to transform manual financial processes into efficient, AI-powered workflows, support annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses related to OPEX, build and analyze reports using Workday Adaptive Planning to deliver actionable financial insights, and consolidate annual budgets and rolling forecasts across products and operations using AI-driven analytics. You will collaborate directly with the Corporate Senior Leadership Team and various organizational partners, playing a key role in developing long-term strategic plans and driving strategy and initiatives. The role requires 6+ years of experience in finance, including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis in a global organization, proven hands-on experience building AI agents, strong technical skills in Excel, and the ability to communicate financials effectively at all levels. Preferred qualifications include professional certification such as CFA, CA, or MBA in Finance and knowledge of Adaptive Planning, Workday, and QuickSight.
