Job Description

As a Senior Director Human Resources Business Partner at GoDaddy, you will play a strategic role partnering with Technology and Corporate teams, supporting their growth and development through effective HR leadership. This role involves collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams in Internal Communications, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations to support organizational growth and change. Responsibilities include enhancing employee experience programs, fostering business scalability, providing broad HR guidance to improve engagement, performance, and retention, and supporting workforce planning, onboarding, development, and organizational effectiveness. The role also includes evolving performance management and talent review processes, championing company culture and values, leading organizational design initiatives, contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, and using data analytics to improve people processes. You will manage and mentor a team, providing expertise in career development, coaching, compensation, data analysis, and employee relations. This position requires navigating a large-scale global organization, with potential travel and collaboration across time zones.   • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience working with or in a large-scale global organization
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
