As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at GoDaddy, you will play a crucial role in aligning people strategies with business goals to drive company success. You will work closely with leadership teams and People Operations partners to implement and improve employee experience programs, lead change initiatives, and promote diversity and inclusion within the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing best practices for growth and scaling, supporting performance and promotion processes, and championing GoDaddy’s unique culture and values. You will influence organizational design to ensure company health and effectiveness, leverage workforce analytics for smarter HR processes, and manage a team to deliver impactful results. The role requires a comprehensive HR generalist background, strong partnership and communication skills, and adaptability to fast-moving environments. A minimum of 7 years of HR business experience, global organizational expertise, and the ability to coach executives on strategic organizational design are essential. Travel is required approximately twice per year. Educational qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, with a preference for candidates who demonstrate servant leadership and flexibility in their approach to strategic and operational HR.
