You will drive engineering excellence by ensuring strong code quality, scalability, reliability, and testability. Your role involves translating complex business needs into straightforward, scalable technical solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to enhance product performance and customer experience. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams and 5 years in software development, with strong front-end and back-end expertise. Experience with AWS, cloud services, containerized architectures, secure coding, and agile practices is highly desirable.
