As a Product Marketing Manager at SiteGround, you will be responsible for owning the complete go-to-market strategy for innovative, in-house built products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape business growth online. Your key responsibilities include deeply understanding product value propositions and target customers to inform marketing initiatives; developing and executing go-to-market strategies to build awareness and drive user acquisition; creating compelling product positioning and messaging for various customer segments; conducting market research and competitive analysis to guide marketing strategies; collaborating closely with product management, design, customer experience, and marketing teams; planning and optimizing product and feature launches to maximize adoption and sales; creating and contributing to marketing campaigns promoting products to new and existing customers; developing product-led content strategies including case studies, demos, webinars, and educational resources; managing product communication across all touchpoints such as in-product messaging, email journeys, and sales materials; defining and tracking key product metrics such as activation rates, feature adoption, retention, and lifetime value, iterating based on data insights; owning pricing and packaging strategy recommendations based on market research and customer feedback; and serving as a product champion at industry events and webinars. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing or a similar role with a proven track record in successful product launches, expertise in top-of-funnel marketing and customer acquisition strategies, strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
