As a QA Engineer at SiteGround, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the quality of SaaS platforms including SiteBuilder and E-Commerce. You will be responsible for preparing, designing, and documenting test approaches and scenarios for both system parts and end-to-end tests. Your duties include creating and executing test plans and cases, both manual and automated, continuously improving testing methods to expand coverage and effectiveness, and ensuring overall product quality. You will also contribute to requirements definition and work closely with developers and product owners to ensure smooth product development. The role requires over 3 years of experience in software QA, proficiency in writing, running and maintaining automated tests, experience with Playwright and TypeScript, and knowledge of web application testing and HTTP. Understanding QA methodologies, the software development life cycle, and high-level programming languages is essential. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins, Docker, and accessibility standards is a strong advantage.
