We are seeking a highly motivated, organized Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team at SiteGround in Sofia. This role involves handling the full recruitment cycle across various departments, from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to interviewing, onboarding, and providing ongoing support to new hires. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies, drafting and posting job announcements on multiple platforms, actively sourcing candidates via social media, professional networks, and other channels, researching new recruitment channels and strategies, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, keeping candidates updated on application status, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, consulting managers on candidate suitability, organizing onboarding processes, and representing the company at job fairs and recruiting events. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience preferably in IT, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, proven experience sourcing passive candidates via diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and social media, ability to manage multiple projects independently, fluency in written and spoken English, experience with Google Workspace and ATS, strong detail orientation, time management, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
