The BU Finance Manager role at GoDaddy involves partnering with business leaders to align financial strategies with organizational goals. You will lead financial modelling and forecasting to support long-term planning and performance analysis. This position requires analyzing complex financial data and presenting actionable insights to senior management to guide decision-making. The role includes providing strategic recommendations related to risks, opportunities, and resource allocation to enhance the organization’s financial health. Additionally, you will drive process improvements and system implementations that foster collaboration across teams, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. This hybrid position requires at least 6 years of finance experience in a global organization, with strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. Advanced technical skills in Excel and Power BI are essential, while familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Workday, and QuickSight is a plus. Strong communication skills are needed to effectively present financial insights across all levels of the organization. Collaboration experience across regions, teams, and external partners is critical to drive performance and solve complex financial problems. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in financial modeling techniques, are necessary. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience is required, with professional certifications such as CFA, CA, or MBA in Finance considered advantageous.
