You’ll be responsible for building and scaling resilient backend systems integrated with strong frontend components, focusing on automation, observability, security, and testing. Candidates should have proven leadership with at least 1+ year managing engineering teams, 3+ years in technical leadership roles, and over 8 years of development experience. Required technical expertise includes Go, Node.js, microservices, APIs, and full-stack development (React, Next.js), along with hands-on cloud experience in AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools. Excitement for tackling challenges like legacy code or scaling new services, team-first attitude, and strong communication skills are essential. Preference is given for experience with multiple tech stacks (Ruby, Java, Scala), AI technologies, and platform re-architecture projects.
