As a Recruiter at GoDaddy based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and corporate functions. This includes building recruiting strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. You will work closely with hiring leaders to understand their talent needs, provide guidance, and assess candidates for alignment with GoDaddy’s core values and role requirements. This position is a 12-month fixed term contract that may be hybrid or fully remote depending on management decisions. Success in this role requires proactiveness, resilience, effective communication, problem solving skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. You will also act as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition, advising hiring managers on process improvements, job offers, and negotiations. The role demands strong understanding of technical roles and market knowledge in India, with experience working with senior stakeholders across geographies.
