You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, mentor peers on data practices, and continuously improve system performance and sustainability in an agile environment. The position requires a strong background in software engineering with expertise in integrating SaaS applications, REST and SOAP APIs, data modeling, programming languages like Python, Java, or TypeScript, and experience with AWS services for ETL processes and CI/CD practices. Preferred qualifications include experience with Workday Studio or ERP tools, familiarity with data governance frameworks, and knowledge of HR/Finance business processes.
