Join our People Operations team at GoDaddy and help shape the culture and effectiveness of the Technology and Corporate Functions teams. This strategic role involves partnering closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners in Internal Communications, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations to lead organizational growth, drive change, and ensure transparency and clarity in decision-making. Reporting to the VP of Employee Experience, you will act as a key member of the T&C Leadership teams. Your responsibilities include enhancing employee experience programs, creating strategies that foster business scalability, providing broad HR guidance to improve engagement, performance, and retention, collaborating on workforce planning, onboarding, development, and organizational effectiveness strategies, and supporting performance management and talent review processes. You will champion GoDaddy’s culture and values, lead organizational design initiatives, contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, use data and analytics to guide decisions, manage and mentor your team, and provide expertise in career development, performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, data analysis, and employee relations. The role requires navigating multiple time zones and collaborating effectively across global teams. You will need 12+ years of HR or relevant business partner experience, with at least 5 years of people leadership experience managing global teams, and proven success working in large-scale global organizations. Travel to company sites may be required occasionally. A Bachelor’s degree and strong change management skills combined with a servant-leader approach are preferred.
