Financial Reporting Manager

GoDaddy is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, to play a critical role in financial analysis and automation. This hybrid role combines remote work with office presence, ideal for candidates residing within commuting distance. The position involves designing, developing, and deploying AI agents to enhance finance team capabilities, transforming manual financial processes into AI-powered workflows, and supporting annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses related to operating expenses (OPEX). Candidates will build and analyze reports using Workday Adaptive Planning and consolidate budgets and rolling forecasts across products and operations leveraging AI-driven analytics. Candidates must have 6+ years of finance experience in global organizations, proven skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, hands-on experience building AI agents, strong Excel expertise, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively at all organizational levels. Additional qualifications include professional certifications like CFA, CA, or MBA in Finance, and knowledge of Adaptive Planning, Workday, and QuickSight.
