At GoDaddy, we are transforming hardware support through innovative repair, refurbishment, and fulfillment operations. As a Senior Hardware Engineer in Electrical within our Repair Services, you will be a key leader managing global fulfillment and repair centers, ensuring efficient processes from receiving to warranty validation, parts management, and turnaround times while maintaining compliance with SLAs and quality standards. Your role will involve managing repair service purchase orders and partner relationships, negotiating terms and pricing agreements, and providing technical support and training to repair centers. You will be responsible for process development, test procedures, and implementation of engineering change orders. Continuous improvement will be central to your role, where you’ll define and optimize global RMA and repair processes, launch new centers, and participate in sourcing and evaluation of partners. Additionally, you will conduct detailed hardware testing on returned devices, analyze return data for performance reporting, and collaborate with engineering teams to boost product quality and recovery rates. You will also manage device deactivation and oversee the disposition of non-repairable units in compliance with PCI standards, including cost tracking and reporting. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction globally. This full-time, office-based position requires living within commuting distance of our Santa Clara location and readiness to travel both domestically and internationally to support repair operations. $20 hourly + bonus, annual $90K-$100K+
