As a Lead UX Designer at GoDaddy, you will join the Airo User Experience team to design intuitive and agentic AI-driven experiences that empower entrepreneurs globally. You will lead strategic frameworks for new and existing products, guide brainstorming and design review sessions, and contribute to a broad range of projects with high impact. Your work will involve concepting, prototyping in low and high fidelity, user testing, and iterative improvements. You will conduct extensive audits, design detailed user journeys and high-fidelity wireframes, and develop interactive prototypes using code. Presenting your ideas effectively to cross-functional teams including Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers will be key. Mentoring junior designers and contributing to design critiques are part of the role. Required is 7+ years of proven experience delivering products to market with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience and interaction design, leadership in end-to-end design strategies, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Figma and front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and React are essential. Experience with AI products is a plus.
