As a Senior HR Business Partner at GoDaddy, you will work closely with leadership and People Operations teams to enhance employee experience programs, drive process improvements, and scale the company through best HR practices. You will provide comprehensive HR support including talent management, employee engagement, organizational design, diversity and inclusion initiatives, career planning, performance management, and employee relations. This role demands collaboration across multiple time zones and requires the ability to influence senior leaders using data-driven insights. Responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for staffing, onboarding, retention, and career growth, while reducing bias and promoting fairness in career advancement. You will champion GoDaddy’s unique culture, support organizational effectiveness through design activities, and lead diversity practices to build an inclusive workforce. Managing and developing your team to deliver impactful results and sharing best practices internally will be essential. Expertise in workforce analytics, strategic organizational design, coaching, and compensation is required. The role involves intermittent travel, requires 7+ years of HR experience in large organizations, strong communication and change management skills, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
