At GoDaddy, we seek a dynamic Senior Manager to lead our Assurance, Risk & Compliance (ARC) Team in automation and analytics initiatives aimed at transforming how we manage risk and compliance through technology and data. Reporting directly to the Director of Assurance, Risk, & Compliance, this role is key in modernizing compliance processes across SOX, IA, and ERM by leveraging automation, analytics, and AI. Responsibilities include leading the implementation of ARC’s automation and AI initiatives; advancing the use of Jira as a SOX program management tool while expanding it for ERM and IA workstreams; automating SOX control testing with pilots targeting 5-10 controls in the first year; developing intuitive dashboards and analytics for real-time insights and enhanced transparency; mentoring a high-performing team to transition from traditional analytics to scalable compliance solutions; partnering with business and IT control owners to implement automation and efficiency improvements for stronger controls and operational savings. Candidates should have 6+ years of progressive experience in internal audit and SOX compliance, with a focus on analytics and automation. Proven ability to define strategy, manage teams, and implement solutions efficiently in fast-paced environments is required. Proficiency with Jira, Power BI, and AI platforms, along with extensive knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., COSO, SOX, SEC, PCAOB) is essential. Experience managing multiple projects, adapting to priorities, and delivering effective solutions while communicating with leadership is necessary. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related fields, and certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.
