The role involves working on Android-based Smart POS Terminals and device software, enabling secure payment solutions and managing terminal fleets remotely. Responsibilities include leading technical initiatives, mentoring junior developers, collaborating with product managers, and handling release cycles, incident responses, and roadmap planning. The candidate will have 5+ years in Kotlin and Android native app development, experience with AOSP customizations, strong knowledge of algorithms, APIs, and full SDLC ownership. Additional experience in Embedded Systems or payments domains is a plus. The position supports a hybrid work mode requiring proximity to Pune office.
