This remote position based in Romania entails conducting quantitative and qualitative website analysis using tools including QuickSight, FullStory, and other analytics platforms to monitor key metrics such as conversion rate, revenue, pageviews, and bounce rate. The specialist builds reports and insights to identify user friction points and proactively uncovers opportunities for performance enhancement in website UX and CX. The role includes driving the experimentation program by crafting hypotheses, building and deploying experiments using Hivemind, analyzing outcomes, and presenting insights and recommendations to key business units. Additionally, the specialist builds and optimizes high-performing landing pages and customer journeys via CMS platforms like Sitecore and Contentful. Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in marketing roles supporting website performance or marketing operations, with hands-on experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, QuickSight, or Tableau. Fluency in English and confidence in presenting to teams at all levels are essential, along with ecommerce website experience and understanding of CRO and SEO. Familiarity with modern AI tools to improve efficiency and business value is expected. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience, plus knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. Experience in domains, hosting, or SaaS industries is a bonus. GoDaddy offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, retirement savings plans, bonus eligibility, equity grants, employee stock purchase plans, competitive health benefits, and family-friendly policies such as parental leave. The company values diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, providing a culture that supports diverse teams and entrepreneurial spirit. The role is remote, with occasional office visits, and emphasizes a collaborative, dynamic, and supportive work environment.
