Additionally, the specialist builds and optimizes high-performing landing pages and customer journeys via CMS platforms like Sitecore and Contentful. Collaboration across departments including Content, SEO, SEM, Email, Marketing Operations, and UX is crucial to optimize key pages, templates, and customer journeys, as well as to support specific campaigns with data-driven insights aimed at improving revenue and conversion. The role requires independently managing workload and priorities across multiple initiatives and serving as a backup for CMS and experimentation tools when Marketing Operations is unavailable, ensuring meticulous delivery and attention to detail. Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in marketing roles supporting website performance or marketing operations, with hands-on experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, QuickSight, or Tableau. Fluency in English and confidence in presenting to teams at all levels are essential, along with ecommerce website experience and understanding of CRO and SEO. Familiarity with modern AI tools to improve efficiency and business value is expected.
