As a Senior Product Manager – Growth and Monetization at GoDaddy, you will lead the design and delivery of monetization experiences that influence customer behavior to increase attach rates, average revenue per user (ARPU), and incremental Gross Cash Receipts (iGCR). This role involves managing the complete product lifecycle from hypothesis and validation to systemization, including pricing strategies, entitlement logic, bundling frameworks, shelf space design, and agent-powered workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Legal, Offer-Led Growth & Monetization Operations, and Marketing-Led Growth to launch effective customer-facing experiences and build scalable monetization infrastructure.
You are expected to design and launch monetization tactics such as paywalls, upsells, shelf merchandising, and bundling strategies that directly impact customer decisions. You will translate strategic hypotheses into MVPs that are testable and measurable to accelerate learning through rapid experimentation. Partnering with Engineering, you will help build backend orchestration modules that manage pricing, entitlements, and shelf logic. Additionally, coordination with Legal and Marketing teams ensures compliance, proper instrumentation, and commercial impact of tests.
The role encompasses codifying winning patterns into scalable systems to power monetization across diverse markets, customer segments, and product surfaces. You will contribute to the broader monetization strategy by identifying unmet customer needs, emerging capabilities, and levers for scalable growth in incremental Gross Cash Receipts.
Required experience includes over 5 years in product management focused on growth, monetization, or experimentation, with proven success in building and scaling systems for pricing, packaging, or paywalls. You should have a strong collaboration history with marketing, legal, and engineering teams, plus an understanding of backend system design principles (coding not required). This is a remote role, with occasional office visits and some geographic restrictions.

$20 hourly + bonus, annual $90K-$100K+
