This fully remote role involves designing, implementing, and managing robust CI/CD pipelines for automating application and platform deployments. You will own and enhance the release process to ensure scalability, efficiency, and high quality across distributed environments. The role includes deploying and supporting new infrastructure components, providing operational support for production updates and hotfixes across products such as Poynt terminals and cloud services. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to coordinate release schedules ensuring timely and reliable delivery. Mentoring junior team members and participating in on-call rotations to maintain system reliability and operational excellence are also key responsibilities. Required experience includes 4+ years with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE/Fargate), AWS, and Linux administration, as well as strong coding skills in Go, Python, Ruby, and infrastructure as code tools like Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible, or CDK. Additional competencies include CI/CD concepts, version control systems, testing tools, SQL databases, networking principles, and cybersecurity best practices.
