You will craft and advocate for scalable design systems, using data and research to inform decisions, and build prototypes exploring interactions, motion, and haptics. Leading design discussions within cross-functional teams, mentoring L2 designers, and advocating for accessibility and inclusivity are key aspects of the role. GoDaddy utilizes Figma and FigJam for design and brainstorming, Slack and Loom for async updates, and Confluence and Jira for documentation. The team embraces deep discovery, research, fast iteration, and usability testing to validate ideas, working asynchronously across multiple time zones with clear documentation. The position is hybrid, requiring presence in Gurugram office as needed and remote work otherwise. Requirements include 3+ years of product design experience with mobile and web platforms, proficiency with design methodologies such as Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines, strong skills in Figma, and experience with design systems.
