You will engage in thorough user research and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers using tools like Figma, FigJam, Slack, and Jira. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end design execution, solving complex design challenges with a focus on usability, advocating scalable design systems, building interactive prototypes, mentoring junior designers, and promoting accessibility and inclusivity. Candidates should have 3+ years of product design experience across mobile and web platforms, strong skills in UX strategy and UI prototyping, proficiency with Figma or similar tools, experience with design systems, and familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
