Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or VS Code is essential, along with proficiency in Python and knowledge of software engineering practices including version control, code review, and CI/CD. Experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, building and scaling APIs, fine-tuning models, optimizing inference, and crafting comprehensive evaluations and verification methods is preferred. A degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or related fields is desirable. Knowledge of Typescript is a plus.
