Join GoDaddy’s GoCaaS team to lead and develop a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering critical AI platform capabilities supporting generative AI initiatives. This role involves mentoring engineers, driving platform excellence with a focus on reliability, scalability, and developer experience, and partnering with cross-functional teams to define and execute the GoCaaS roadmap and strategic initiatives. You will champion engineering best practices including CI/CD, observability, and secure software development. Collaboration with enterprise teams on security, data, and infrastructure is essential to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions that foster technical excellence and experimentation. Candidates should have 6+ years of software engineering experience including 2+ years in management or tech lead roles, strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure), hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js, and experience with CI/CD and observability. Additional experience with AI/ML infrastructure, container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker), and security/privacy frameworks is advantageous.
