Job Description

The Sales Development Representative for Domain Broker Service facilitates client-to-client Domain Acquisitions in a competitive, high-paced industry. The role primarily consists of consulting both buyers and sellers in the Domain Aftermarket industry by assessing domain value, market conditions, reviewing client offers and counter offers, as well as assisting with aftermarket strategies and plans. Sales Development Reps must be available to clientele during scheduled hours due to the urgent nature of the Domain Aftermarket industry.nnKey responsibilities include researching and evaluating domain values to educate buyers and sellers, utilizing multiple internal and external tools to assist in consulting clientele effectively, developing relationships with major players within the Domain Aftermarket industry, improving the Domain Broker Service perception, coordinating high dollar client-to-client transactions, assisting in payment collection and successful domain transfer, handling inbound and outbound calls, educating and advising clients on managing a successful domaining business and the services offered, maintaining constant communication with clients, and developing strong partner relationships.nnCandidates should have strong ethics, integrity, self-motivation, familiarity with the Domain Aftermarket industry, ability to build trusting client relationships quickly, confidence in communication with high-level buyers and sellers, knowledge of the Domain Transfer process and GoDaddy’s Domain Auctions, strong customer service and telesales skills, organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a results-driven attitude.nnGoDaddy offers a range of total rewards including paid time off, retirement savings plans, bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, employee stock purchase plans, competitive health benefits, and family-friendly benefits like parental leave.
