GoDaddy is seeking a Technical Product Manager Monetization Operations to orchestrate monetization operations and drive incremental growth for their international business. The role involves identifying and resolving issues such as currency display errors, payment method failures, page timeouts, and conversion rate drops by conceptualizing and implementing automated detection and resolution systems. This position requires collaboration with Data, AI, UX, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate these solutions effectively across the e-commerce platform. Responsibilities include developing automated systems for detecting monetization anomalies, collaborating on machine learning models for predictive analytics, building real-time dashboards, establishing cross-functional processes for rapid issue resolution, integrating detection systems with e-commerce infrastructure, creating data-driven prioritization frameworks, reporting on monetization metrics, and fostering best practices. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and monetization, strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL, experience working with Data Science/AI teams, and project management skills using tools like Jira or Asana. A Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, or related field is required, with an MBA or technical Masters preferred.
