As a Technical Support and Sales Representative at GoDaddy, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing consultative conversations, product/service recommendations, and troubleshooting assistance. You will handle inbound calls, meet sales quotas, and maintain high customer satisfaction metrics including Customer Availability, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales Per Day. The role requires 2+ years of sales experience in a commission or metrics-driven environment, proficiency in CRM software, and excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment. You will be expected to take ownership of customer issues and provide resolutions within the scope of support or direct them to third-party solutions when necessary. This role may be hybrid or fully remote, requiring stable internet connectivity and a smart device capable of installing applications and receiving SMS messages for remote network access. Candidates should have extensive knowledge of internet technology and may have experience owning or operating a small or midsize business. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus a variable incentive plan, with full-time employees starting at an annualized $35,360 and potential earnings between $50k and $60k.
