GoDaddy’s Corporate Technology team is seeking a Workday Integration Developer responsible for building and maintaining integrations and data pipelines that connect multiple corporate platforms such as Workday, AWS, Greenhouse, and others. The role involves designing reusable integration frameworks, mentoring teammates, and enabling data-driven business decisions with a focus on seamless communication and high-quality data availability. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining integrations across GoDaddy’s systems, leveraging tools and services such as Workday, Greenhouse, Glint, Docebo, AWS S3, Redshift, Glue, Airflow, and Step Functions. The developer will create APIs and automated workflows to support reporting, analytics, and process automation, ensuring data validation, logging, and error handling for reliability and scalability. Collaboration with HR, Finance, and other teams to translate business needs into secure and efficient technical solutions is essential. The role requires experience with integration of SaaS applications, REST and SOAP APIs, programming in Python, Java, or TypeScript, development of data pipelines using AWS services, and familiarity with CI/CD automation practices. Experience with Workday Studio or Extend, ERP integration tools, and knowledge of HR, Finance, or Treasury processes is a plus.
