The Workplace Experience Manager – APAC is the regional lead responsible for delivering exceptional workplace operations and employee experience across GoDaddys APAC footprint. Based in Gurugram, India, this role coordinates the Gurgaon and Pune offices, leading a small team including a site-level manager and workplace coordinators. The position requires managing workplace service delivery, overseeing facilities, events, food programs, and daily operations. The Manager collaborates with DEIB, People, and Events teams to build a consistent, inclusive work environment aligned with GoDaddy values. Responsibilities include coordinating multi-site workplace operations, ensuring operational consistency and safety, maintaining vendor management, and tracking OpEx and CapEx budgets. The Manager acts as a liaison to IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Safety & Security, and Real Estate teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires leadership skills, partner and vendor management, operational excellence, and knowledge of local labor laws and cultural nuances. Experience includes 6+ years in workplace operations or facilities management, with at least 2 years leading direct reports. Ability to travel regionally and commute to the Gurgaon office is mandatory.
