As a Senior Lead Product Designer at GoDaddy, you will play a pivotal role in the Marketing UX Design team, collaborating across product, engineering, design, and marketing disciplines. This remote role is focused on designing innovative experiences to enhance discovery and engagement across marketing products and crafting seamless onboarding journeys to support entrepreneurs in achieving their goals. Your work will have a lasting impact on future GoDaddy experiences. Responsibilities include designing and delivering user-centered experiences aligned with business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, prototyping and iterating designs with user feedback, creating clear documentation for engineering, mentoring and inspiring fellow designers, leading multiple projects in an agile environment, and contributing to the design community and customer research efforts. Candidates should bring 10+ years of experience of delivering market-ready products, leading end-to-end design strategies, and producing UX and interaction design solutions. A strong portfolio demonstrating UX and interaction design expertise, excellent communication and presentation skills, mentorship experience, and proficiency in Figma and other design tools are required. Preferred skills include experience in customer experience software, service design, eCommerce, POS, FinTech, micro-interactions, UX writing, design system management, and A/B testing.
