The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shared, reseller, VPS hosting, and open source CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla. Responsibilities include handling inbound support via telephone and live chat, sales order processing, and managing support tickets efficiently, providing customers with top-tier service consistently. The role requires high technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a reliable high-speed internet connection, ensuring the ability to troubleshoot common web hosting issues, configure DNS zones, FTP, email clients, PHP errors, and database management through cPanel.
