This role involves full ownership of affiliate marketing activities, including strategy creation, partner acquisition, onboarding, and performance analysis to maximize growth. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and manage outreach campaigns, negotiate deals, and maintain strong long-term affiliate relationships. Responsibilities include developing affiliate acquisition strategies aligned with product goals, recruiting partners, managing the onboarding process, handling communications, negotiating commissions and incentives, analyzing performance data, and collaborating on marketing campaigns. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development, product marketing knowledge, proficiency with OKR frameworks, a record of scaling affiliate partners, strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with key digital marketing tools like Ahrefs, Hubspot, and affiliate platforms such as TUNE and CJ.
