The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for expanding and optimizing the affiliate partner network across key European markets including France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Austria. The role involves identifying and onboarding new affiliates, maintaining long-term partner relationships, negotiating deals and KPIs, exploring new market opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring campaign data, and leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance partner engagement and efficiency. Candidates should have 3+ years experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management, with strong knowledge of the European digital and affiliate landscape, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in English plus an additional European language such as French, German, or Italian.
