As an Affiliate Manager at Hostinger, you will be responsible for discovering and onboarding new affiliate partners across the DACH and Benelux markets, building and strengthening long-term relationships with top affiliates, and developing strategies to maximize conversions and optimize ROI. You will collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and product initiatives, identify regional trends and untapped partnership opportunities, and utilize automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign management. You will bring 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership development, with in-depth knowledge of the DACH and Benelux affiliate ecosystems, including familiarity with main news and technology websites, coupon websites, and digital communities. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential, along with an analytical mindset focused on measurable growth. General proficiency in AI and workflow automation is expected. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
