The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will ideate, execute, test, and refine multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to enhance user engagement and revenue. This role includes ownership of messaging across SMS, WhatsApp, email, and in-product notifications, managing lifecycle campaigns, conducting A/B tests, and continuous improvement efforts. The specialist will collaborate closely with product, revenue, and marketing teams to align lifecycle communications with business goals and map customer journeys to optimize conversion and retention. Candidates should have 2+ years experience in lifecycle or email marketing, particularly with email, SMS, and ideally WhatsApp or content cards, and be familiar with CRM and automation platforms like Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot. Strong English copywriting skills and data-driven decision-making are essential.
