As an Affiliate Manager in the affiliate marketing team, your core responsibility will be to expand and optimize Hostinger’s affiliate partner network across India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. You will work closely with performance marketing, product, and regional growth teams to scale partnerships and drive sustainable growth. Your daily tasks will include identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners, nurturing strong long-term relationships with key affiliates, negotiating deals, setting KPIs, and continuously improving partner performance. You will explore new market opportunities, develop growth initiatives, and align campaigns with cross-functional teams. Monitoring campaign data and analyzing trends to optimize growth will be essential, as well as leveraging AI and automation tools to boost efficiency and partner engagement. To succeed, you will require at least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management, strong knowledge of the digital affiliate landscape in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, excellent negotiation and communication skills, data-driven analytical abilities, and fluency in English plus at least one local language such as Hindi, Urdu, or Bengali.
