As an Engineering Manager at Hostinger, you will lead the development of the Hostinger Horizons no-code platform that enables users to create custom web apps without coding. Your responsibilities include owning the architecture, design, development, deployment, and performance of the platform. You will manage and grow a team of 10 developers, providing mentorship, technical direction, and career development. You will actively participate in hiring, onboarding, and managing the employee lifecycle. Collaboration with product managers and designers is key to aligning priorities and ensuring timely delivery. You will also ensure platform stability, reliability, and scalability while maintaining high standards of clean code and software development best practices. Required skills include engineering management experience of at least 2 years, 5 years as a developer, strong leadership and communication abilities, and technical expertise with Vue3, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTTP, APIs, and CloudFlare.
