The Head of Creatives role at Hostinger is a key leadership position responsible for managing teams of creative copywriters, designers, videographers, and campaign managers, overseeing the entire commercial advertising production to ensure engagement, brand trust, and new billings aligned with Hostingers brand values, image, and voice. Reporting to the Head of Brand Image and working alongside the Creative Director and Head of Brand Experience, the role requires inspiring and empowering a team of approximately 15 people including 4 direct reports to achieve their best performance. Responsibilities include driving advertising production strategy by introducing innovative ad structures and messaging to complement or challenge existing paid media funnels, team staffing, and budgeting. The role demands leading creative and operational excellence, supervising multi-disciplinary teams to uphold the highest standards of brand image and advertising performance. The Head of Creatives will create and implement an advertising production roadmap, adapting flexibly to iterative changes and ensuring timely delivery of top-quality advertising assets to the Paid Media and other Marketing teams. Owning creative quality metrics such as view-through rate, click-through rate, skip rate, adherence to YouTube ABCD standards, and their impact on return on ad spend (ROAS) is essential, requiring continuous monitoring, analysis, and execution of improvement actions aligned with marketing strategies. The role goes beyond oversight to deep involvement in creative process efficiency and quality assessment, facilitating sessions, tools, and workshops to educate the team on advertising placements, usage, performance benchmarks, and guidelines. Candidates must demonstrate technical skills in design, video, or copywriting through a portfolio and have proven experience as a Creative Director or similar senior creative leadership roles, showcasing an aesthetic perspective and advanced leadership capabilities. Effective communication, organization, relationship-building skills across departments, and competence in pitching, negotiating, project management, and understanding marketing and financial estimates are crucial. A strong grasp of advertising quality, both good and bad, and the ability to balance visionary leadership with operational detail are expected. Candidates must submit a portfolio with real projects, concept reasoning, and creative processes.
