As Global Public Relations Lead, you will craft and execute a global PR strategy aligned with Hostinger’s brand, business, and AI product roadmap. Own the external narrative by developing compelling messaging for diverse global audiences. Cultivate relationships with top-tier media, industry reporters, analysts, and tech/AI thought leaders. Secure meaningful press coverage through storytelling, data-driven narratives, and creative approaches. Enhance visibility of Hostinger’s leadership by managing public profiles, speaking engagements, and thought-leadership programs. Monitor global news cycles and competitive landscape to identify timely opportunities. Develop PR playbooks for product launches, crisis management, and major corporate events. Collaborate with Product, Brand, Content, Performance, and Leadership teams for message consistency. Mentor and manage PR teams, agencies, and freelancers across markets. Required qualifications include 5+ years in PR or Communications at high-growth tech companies or agencies, proven global PR campaign success, strong global media network, experience in tech or AI product positioning, exceptional English communication skills (C1+), editorial judgment, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strategic ownership. The role offers a hybrid work model with locations including Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Lodz, Riga, Tallinn, Berlin, Milan, Rome, Barcelona, Porto, Lisbon, and Amsterdam. Compensation starts from 5800 EUR/month based on experience and competence.
