As a Technical Support Specialist based in Lithuania working night shifts, you will provide expert support on Hostinger products via live chat and tickets, troubleshooting technical challenges, and simplifying complex issues for customers of all expertise levels. Your role includes contributing to team projects that improve the customer experience and enhancing the AI support assistant. You will stay updated on product developments and web hosting technologies. The position requires fluency in Lithuanian and English, experience in tech customer support, exceptional communication skills, and understanding of web hosting fundamentals such as domains, DNS, emails, and control panels. Proficiency with platforms like WordPress, hosting control panels, and customer support tools is advantageous. The role offers training in Hostinger culture, products, and customer service operations, requires 40 hours per week on night shifts including weekends, and can be performed from modern offices or home with a reliable internet connection.
