The Head of Creatives role is central to driving Hostinger’s advertising strategy through leadership of copywriters, designers, videographers, and campaign managers. Reporting to the Head of Brand Image, this role oversees the creative production process, ensuring quality and performance in advertising content that aligns with Hostingers brand values and marketing objectives. Responsibilities include empowering a team of approximately 15 creatives, innovating advertising production strategies, managing budgets and staffing, supervising creative outputs, and delivering timely branded assets. The role involves measuring creative quality metrics such as view-through rate, click-through rate, skip rate, and return on ad spend, with continuous improvements to maximize marketing impact. The Head of Creatives will also facilitate workshops and sessions to enhance team understanding of advertising placements, benchmarks, and guidelines. Advanced leadership skills and a portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, video, or copywriting are required, along with experience in senior creative leadership and advertising/marketing content production management. Strong communication, organization, negotiation skills, and project management capabilities are essential to succeed in this dynamic, fast-paced environment.
