Your role will focus on eliminating irrelevant procedures and optimizing workflows to empower Product Managers to focus on strategic decisions. You will work closely with Product Managers, Chief Product and Technology Officer, and Chief of Staff to identify process inefficiencies, lead projects, facilitate leadership sessions, and support cross-departmental communications. Responsibilities include managing and improving processes, suggesting automation and tooling solutions, leading a small team, maintaining product roadmaps, and reporting to the board. You will also assist with business metrics, R&D capitalization support for finance, and challenge key results in OKRs. This hands-on leadership role requires experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Executive Business Administration, with strong planning skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication in English and Lithuanian. Familiarity with OKR planning, roadmap building, and tools like Tableau, Amplitude, Miro, and Atlassian products is advantageous.
